During lunch, eat sautéed paneer with apple or spiced grilled paneer tikka. After lunch, drink lassi or green tea. Before dinner, consume some fruits like bananas, apple and during dinner, eat sautéed palak and aloo or you can eat pumpkin too.

Day 2

Drink banana shake or eat dry fruits like almonds, walnuts in the early morning. In the mid morning, again drink coconut water. During lunch, consume raita mixed with fruits or you can consume ghiya or yogurt. After lunch, drink green tea and before dinner, consume some salad. At dinner, you can eat panner gravy with roti.

Day 3

Consume milk or banana shake or you can eat paneer and papaya salad in the morning. In the mid morning, drink coconut water. During lunch, consume pulao or boiled aloo salad. After lunch and before dinner, consume some kheera raita. At dinner, you can eat papaya or drink strawberry smoothie.

Day 4

Consume any kind of fruit shake you like or you can eat dry fruits in the morning. In the mid morning, drink green tea. During lunch, you can eat palak and paneer with roti  or you can consume rice with veg and salad. After lunch, drink green tea. At dinner, you can eat dahi.

Day 5

Consume fruit shake with chia seed or you can eat paneer in the morning. In the mid morning, drink lemon water. During lunch, consume baked sabudana tikki or you can drink cold coffee. After lunch, drink green tea and at the evening, consume home made namkeen. At dinner, you can eat a bowl of veg with roti.

Day 6

Drink skimmed milk or you can eat papaya salad in the morning. In the mid morning, you can drink coconut water with orange. During lunch, consume chapatti with veg and salad or you can consume ghiya or yogurt. After lunch, drink green tea. At dinner, you can eat panner tossed salad.

Day 7

In the morning, eat fruit with milk. In the mid morning, drink coconut water. During lunch, you can consume vegetables with stuffed roti. After lunch, you should drink green tea and before dinner, roasted makhana. At dinner, you can eat panner tikka.

Day 8

You can eat almonds or fruits in the morning. In the mid morning, you can again drink coconut water. During lunch, consume palak paneer. After lunch, drink green tea and before dinner, consume some fruits. At dinner, you can eat aloo cutlets.

Day 9

In breakfast, you can drink almond milk. In the mid morning, you can drink orange fresh juice. At lunch, you can consume pineapple and anar raita. Before dinner, you can drink green tea with ginger. At dinner, you can eat rice pulao.
